    So glad you have decided to do a sensible remainder of your diet , after watching you last time and myself doing the 121 , reaching our goals but not going up the steps so we both put the weight back on 😢 . I’m currently at the same weight as you but am shorter 5’2” so still a way to go . Good luck with the move x😊

    Lou, you've done AMAZING 😍🤩💥👗💃 I'm eating 1300 kcals per day focussing on protein ( protein bars for bfast and marinated chicken breast and salad for lunch and dinner) I'm loosing weight and never hungry. It could be an idea for your last pushxxx

    @@loulaclaire6829 10 pounds away .. it’s not much really in the grand scheme of things but you know when you have had enough and more importantly done enough to feel at your best and look very well and healthy which you do now xx
