Agree. I miss the blogs. Joy, you look younger than last year! You are in the right place now, at the right time. Remember why you first wanted to dance, and really enjoy the ballet. Don't become over involved with the extreme fitness regimes. Love of ballet will shine through your performances.

Nice to see you back at the barre, Joy, and regaining your health. Be very careful not to sabotage your time with the Boston Ballet with vlogs that they may not approve, or that fellow dancers may feel uncomfortable with. Your career must take precedence over the wishes of internet vlog fans. Your idea for one-on-one, on-line coaching FOR A FEE is a really good one, if your company allows you to do that. if you give general instructions, versus one-on-one, then that's OK for free. If you don't do one-on-one coaching for a fee, you'll get bogged down in free coaching, instead of focusing on your career as a dancer. A dancer's career is short, but remember you are young, and with focus in a good company, there's no telling where you could end up as a principal dancer. Personally, I think if you stay at the Boston Ballet, you should be promoted to principal pretty quickly. Don't let them drum your excellent Vaganova/Russian training out of you. Take care.
