Translation: He's telling how he got to work for benz. He had 15 arrears in college. He had bunked college to go for test drives and write about those cars in a website for which they paid 150/ blog. In his resume he put this and links of the doubts he had cleared previously in quora. He included these cuz that's what he had done then. The job recruiters paid attention since his resume was attractive. In his final year of engineering, he was not eligible to attend campus interviews. So he went to car showrooms like Maruti Suzuki(not selected), Hyundai(not selected) and then Toyota. He had a proper interview there. He was given a question paper in which he had to score 35 out of 50 to pass that technical round. He scored 32 and the manager talked with him indicating his mark and said you are good but this is not upto the mark. He told it was fine but he wanted to have a look at his answer paper to know where had he made mistakes. But the recruiter said no and called him a kid. He came out. Then he went to Fiat and got selected. When the HR asked him that why he should give the job to him, he answered that he wanted to work in a job where he is surrounded by cars( He also explains how to answer this question like we should not under estimate ourselves but make clear that we are born for this job like that). He also mocked that showroom's environment. Then when he was in the final year, Benz company came in to his clg to recruit. 170 students applied for that in which 30 students cleared the 1st technical round with 50/60 questions. He is one of them obviously. Then there was group discussion round where Future of Electric cars was the topic. 3/30 got selected and he cleared the HR round too. Later he said that there isn't any specific way to secure a job in a company and we should have a neat profile and have to update it. He is comparing himself with workers in Maruti Suzuki and says how they are more experienced. He also advises not to think that a brand is superior or inferior. Whatever the brand is, your work only matters to you. Then he explains about how we should respect our job and how to appear for an interview. He ends the video by saying follow your passion and what suits you. This video is a kind of motivational and experience sharing or giving his insights about getting about a job in the automobile industry. Hope I have translated to the best of my understanding.

Hi Faazil, good to hear how did you get into this Job.. I appreciate you for your motivation to all automobile & Mechanical Engineers. Though you can learn a lot in dealerships, but you are not really under Brand "Mercedes Benz". But if you are really passionate in Automobile, try get into OEM. Especially in R&D, will give you more excitement.

Great content bro. Not everyone will be this transparent on sharing their path and that transparency is what makes people relate to it and steer them away from the fear of missing out . And yeah ' Bunk pannitu testdrive' part .. relatable much :). Looking forward to such quality content even if it takes time.
