I tried Aphogee Two-Step Protein Treatment for the first time. Here's how I did it! **Disclaimer: depending on your hair, you should only do a protein treatment every six weeks; or less. Some protein is good and helpful, and too much will make your hair even more brittle.
To me, the results weren't crazy or jaw-dropping, but they were definitely there!
If your curls haven't been themselves lately, don't worry, mine haven't either. But we're going to get them back. Here's one thing you can try on your journey toward big, beautiful, healthy curls! I have a lot more videos coming in the next few weeks!

I wish this had worked for me. It seemed to make my hair flatter and now my hair is breaking and less curly. I did scrunch it in then let it dry and didn't touch it while drying.
What styling product do I use and did u let it air dry? Or defused it

I diffuse about 80% of the way and then let it air dry!
