Thank you again Craig for today. Thank you for spending 1 hour with me on my Birthday. 😁 This video hits home, I lost all confidence I had. My whole life I felt unlovable and felt like a burden so to try to be loved I took care of my siblings and tried to be 'perfect' to be loved. And thank you for all the advice I'll be working on those workbooks 😊

I also had my Skype with Craig on my birthday a few years ago. I hope you felt better after the call, like I did. I struggled so much with feeling that I wasn't good enough. It will get better. The methods Craig and Victoria are mentioning in this video helped me alot. Stay strong and even the small daily improvements will be huge with time!

I gave me too much importance, I was chasing him until blocked me on everything, I had to like you tell to act like we don't want them in order to attract them, I fell in love and became weak to the point of acting desperate, he would push me away, I need to but this workbook on working on my attachment issues, I feel I love he doesn't and I also feel doesn't want me that I was doing 95% percent of the chasing, I feel like if someone pushed me in the heart, a pressure on my chest, I should had acted like I didn't want him because

Hey craig..my ex boyfriend doesn't usually posts anything or changes profile picture....but from the time i started no contact, hes posting in Instagram more often and also changing his profile pictures around 5 to 6 times...is he trying to get ny attention????... Also in one post it was sad lonely song .and in another 'you can have my name, you can have my number but you'll never have my heart song with caption as 'the song says it all...is he trying to get my attention and make me contact him???... (He really insisted on being friends and watches all my snaps and when we met one time. He was asking about what's going on in my life as if he's got rights on me)... Please please respond to this

Its been 438 days since she broke up with me. None of this helps a whole lot except getting through the day. Hope doesnt help at all. Hope things will get better? Like how? Youll just just get disappointed that they havent.

438 days after she dumped you, you are still pining for her... I know this feeling and it's not a good situation to be in. there's major unresolved trauma from previous life. if you actually do the work " sounding like a salesman I will recommend the workbooks" ... you can get the first one and start.. it actually does feel good to do the work.. when you start healing you will be able to grow also.. and then you will be able to look back and see how silly it all was. everything happens for a reason.. it is up to us to give it reason. be well.. we all get there when we get there. and when you get to the top, keep going

@carlfreiermuth5424 I got the first two and they ain't doing squat. They're questions that I feel like I already asked before. Not exactly pining for her. It's just it's funny that people say NC can get your ex back. 438 days later.... maybe tomorrow right?

@@Zemohc then assuming you built a lean athletic build you are holding winning cards. That's step 1 of red pill development. You must not have game or you are depressed? If you're young it's important to realise that most men really only begin to come into their power in their 30's so don't despair, it will get better. Women hold all the cards when you're young but the tables start to turn later. After my crushing divorce I was zeroed pretty hard. I started developing confident posture and after a while it becomes natural. I'm a natural introvert but I made the effort to start and try and hold conversation with people in everyday situations. Including beautiful women. After a while it becomes natural. I had to force myself to do these things... My last crushing breakup was 2 years ago when my BPD GF (I didn't know it at the time) suddenly went back to her married ex boyfriend. It took me 3 months not to be suicidal... I know how hard it can be. Also... and this is CRUCIAL, to do NC right, you don't do it to get your ex back. You must put that out of your mind otherwise it feeds the obsession. You do it to heal and rebuild. Take the pain and use it as motivation to work on your weaknesses. Become excellent at something. To be honest there's no guarantee she will come back EVER but if you do everything right you will get someone better because you will be better. It's got to be about you and your journey. Good luck I hope your day gets better
