I still to this very day Don t believe that people quite understand just how incredible Mr Brown was....doing two ,sometimes three shows a night with the same energy. Live vocals,no lip syncing as well as incredible dancing that included splits and spins etc.The best to ever do it in my humble opinion. I love Michael too,but if Mr Brown wasn't there as an example who knows if Michael would have turned out in the manner in which he did.

Not only doing three shows a night, but often times not even being allowed to sleep in a hotel room! (whites only). James and the whole band had to eat, sleep, and get themselves together on their tour bus! So yes, quite amazing!🙏.

I also had the distinguished pleasure of meeting and chatting him up back in the eighties. He and Muhammad Ali were two people that I'd held in high esteem and I got to meet the both of them in my lifetime.

I love me some James Brown, always have. Until now, I have yet to see anyone comes this close to being a carbon copy with the complete dancing moves of James Brown. He influenced quite a few artists such as Michael Jackson, Prince, Terence Trent Darby, and others however, I have never seen anyone embody the moves of James Brown like this young man. Facts. Awesome!

Wow! this young man can DANCE & he's definitely been watching the LEGEND James Brown that's for sure & respect to you young man to know that James Brown has got some impact on you 👍so if this video's five years ago now & he was 14yrs old so he's 19yrs old now so it would be nice to know if he's pursued this in a course in college or university for some sort of dancing course maybe & R.I.P LEGEND James Brown you may be gone but not forgotten 🌹🌈🕊❤XX.

In the late 60ties I saw Mr. Brown in a very small venue in Albany NY. WE were close enough to reach out and touch him on that small, low stage. My future husband and 4 of our good friends were in awe of him...he was so great that night! He didn't care how small the crowd was, he gave it his all. It must have been done as a special favor to a club one of our friend's dads' belonged to (they were all Black) there could not have been more than...guessing 100 people. There were only a handful of White folks there bit I'm sure it was only because you needed an invite to buy a ticket...so you had to be a close friend or family member. There may not have been many people there, but we made enough noise to fill a stadium. I was hoarse for a week! He was one in a lifetime. May he rest in peace.
