Hi!! Great video!! I want to get this same IPS kit but how do you fix the large border at the bottom of the screen? I see some people complain about this.

I think I say it on the video, what I did was that I changed the case, I got one that the Hole for the screen is bigger and like this the case will not cover the bottom

Can you help me? I converted the original Game Boy to LCD then the screen started flickering and spinning and then suddenly it went completely out. I have now replaced it with the other mainboard. Now it works but now I have a broken mainboard. Can someone help me? to repair

Any problem when closing the case with the contrast wheel? i cant turn it or click it for the menu. tried to file the pins under the wheel but i wasnt lucky. have u met that problem?

Some of the screen pcb's use a little black foam box for spacing. You can cut a little from the top. Don't tighten the screws too much. Usually, there are no other case mods needed.

I have installed the same kit in one of my game boys and the only complain i have is that the screen isnt centered at the bottom you get a pretty large border and there is no way to fix this except cutting up the shell.

Yeah they are bigger, what I did and I say on the video is i got a shell that is made for the kit, and is already with the bigger hole for the screen

Hello i have a problem I use my pc normally sometimes my pc do the beep voice when a mouse or a keyboard is insert ,it srarts like that then after minutes the mouse starts lagging then the mouse stop working with keyboard.i tried to reinsert tgem but nothong changed the mouse and keyboard dont work but the light in the devices is active and in device manager they are present and they return to work when i shutup the pc manuelly i tried other mouses but the same problem Please help it very unacceptable that the mouse and keyboard stop working in such moments

That can be a lot of different things, for example the bios of the motherboard can be old or have a problem with the usb controller so need to be updated, the usb controller or drivers have a problem. The usb ports try different ones. A problem with windows you will need to install it again, etc. without having it with me is difficult to test all. I recommend you to search the model of mobo you have and to see if there is any know problems with the usb ports

@@EnriqueCal ok so i have a usb flash ok i insert in the usb ports ans It worked but when i insert mouse anda Keyboard It doesnt until i shut off the pc

My parents pc and It worked smoothly,but in my pc i use thème with lag and beep sound then the mouse or the Keyboard or all of them disconnect i used others mouse anda Keyboard but thé problem IS Always present

Sorry about that, I can’t do anything about it if is not anymore for sale there. You can search for in on Google, is going to be different depending on where you live

The proper way is to put the glass lens first then the IPS itself... Just my opinion...

It can be, have never Try it, I make it like this to be able to clean any dust from the screen before sealing it with the glass

Ips v5 is not the best, in my opinion ips v4 is far better as far as functionality and customization is concerned
