Most people don't like photography, have a fascination with film photography. This may be because you may have started your photography journey using film or because you see film as a retro method of producing really cool and engaging photos. Whilst film, photography is still a thing, nobody can argue that it is as convenient and as practical as digital photography. Digital photography is a much easier way to learn photography as well, as it be much cheaper to produce images. There is also the instant gratification that digital photography provides which lets you know straight away if you have captured the shot or not. But just because we don't physically shoot with film anymore, it doesn't mean that we can't get the same results. Yeah I really miss it. I still have a Canon AE-1 that I use to go through a roll every once in a while but it gets really pricey.
