    Very comprehensive video on the important subject. Most importantly, it's the latest video based on the latest version of PS. Thanks for sharing. Since such videos are made for absolute noobs, could you please explain a few important subjects - perhaps in a different video - why you chose the particular values of opacity, flow and hardness of your brush? What difference do they make if instead of 1 per cent I made it 50, for example?

    is this much different then doing masking with brushes within Lightroom? I burn/dodge using the brush in my masking to brush in the areas I want to adjust and darkening/lightening the image mask where needed.

    The dodging and burning tools inside of Lightroom work great also. Photoshop does give you more control in my opinion but if you are doing basic dodge and burn Lightroom will work just fine. I often will use Lightroom for this but if I'm working on a serious edit I always do it in Photoshop because dodge and burn is only part of what I do to my images. Hopefully that makes sense.
