Before I installed the 15.6kw solar array on my roof I had wanted to get into solar but wasn't sure how. I hadn't heard of these portable power stations before but I would have been interested. If you are in that boat, they could be a good fit if you want to have portable power and get into solar power. LMK if you have any questions about them.

Just make sure it doesn't get wet or that you don't try to charge it when the internal battery pack is below freezing.
I already have a VITA550, now want a bigger one for this summer.
I’ve just got a small solar power pack to charge my mobile phone, it’s great …looking to upscale now, although in the U.K. it’s intermittent sun

I'm not sure what you are hoping for but they do have portable power stations now with built in solar panels. I have one with a 30W panel, so while not big, it does make it really easy to setup, just lift up the lid and point towards the sun.

Which one of the power stations is better the GROWATT or the Delta 2? I’m in the market looking for a power station

There are lots of considerations. It depends on what you want to use it for. Both will work to power your fridge in an outage. But there are differences like the Delta 2 has an expansion port. The 1300 has a higher capacity. The D2 has a 5 year warranty and the 1300 has a 2 year warranty. I just looked prices up and the Delta 2 is much cheaper currently (I didn’t do a price per kWh comparison)
Can I run a 5000 btu 400 watts a/c

The Growatt 1300 has a surge of 3600W so that’s a 30amp surge. It definitely could run 400w load but I don’t know what your startup surge need is on that compressor. My guess is that it might work but you’d have to look up the starting power needed on that AC unit and see if it’s 30amps or less.
