My cousin randy lost the use of both of his arms to polio when he was a kid. He still has his arms, but they are completely useless to him, so he also does everything with his feet. Ive personally never met him, but my mom has told me stories. It is so amazing how people like you and my cousin are able to adapt like that. It's awesome really. Very inspiring.

i'm glad to see you back. You should get a bed frame and box spring too. It will help support the mattress. Make sure it is a good frame, like a wooden sleigh bed not a cheap metal one. You can get a decent one for around $200. I have a degenerative joint disease called Ankylosing Spondylitis. It causes widespread inflammation in your joints, and connective tissues causing them to fuse together. This process is very painful. I have pain in all most all of my joints. I just had neck surgery last month because I had two bulging disks that needed fused, and had to have numerous bone spurs removed, and clean out the stenosis and foraminal narrowing. My nerves we're pinched so bad the right side of my neck, and my right arm, hand and three fingers we're numb most of the time, and the buldging disks were causing so much pain I was suicidal. I lived my this pain for 18 year gradually getting worse. You also can get inflammation in your eyes, and organs like your heart causing eventual heart problems. I know the importance of a good bed. In the past five years i've gone through 4 mattresses until I found one that helped me sleep.

I've just been recently watching your videos and the one thing I've come to recognize is that you use your hips like your shoulders your knees are like your elbows and your feet are like your hands which is pretty cool how you maneuver this but the only thing that I have a question about is is this going to make problems for you when you get older due to overuse of these joints especially the ankle bones and joints that you use like your hands because I'm sure the hand joints are different are made to where we use them in more liberal positions than we do with our ankles and knees and that's going to put a lot of stress on those joints that aren't really made to do exactly how much use you put on them, I know you have no choice and you do what you got to do which is pretty innovating and very inspiring, the human spirit desire is to go further and do more because we want to succeed and be positive and do the best we can with what we have, I do applaud you for your bravery and sharing your personal life and putting it out there like this I just hope your not going to be in a lot of increased pain later, someone who suffers greatly with osteoarthritis maybe you can start strengthening your joints as best you can with supplements and diet I know you're getting the right amount of exercise for sure, anyway I hope all goes well for you just a thought take care of yourself ✌❤
