I agree completely. It's cool that she is considering other people, but she should just ask someone to put the produce in her basket for her, rather than deprive herself of the fresh produce. Frozen broccoli sucks.This lady deserves better than frozen broccoli.

I would agree but I am the kind of person who doesn't like it when disabled people were automatically labeled inspirational. I have balance issues and use crutches or a wheelchair and I've been at a restaurant and someone will say I'm inspirational -_- like omg stop XD it's just a different way of living.

This is so heartbreaking. I'm sitting on my couch, puzzling my brain about a recent situation. God led me to this video! This video made me realize there's bigger problems out there and I'm worrying about things I can't fix. This video gives me hope. I pray God continue to bless her. If I could, I'd love to go shopping with her so that I can take the stress off her. I'll even be honored to pay for her food or whatever she got.

It’s not about that though, if you see someone touching the produce with their feet you wouldn’t be comfortable eating it. Feet are still feet at the end of the day.

People actually wash their hands throughout the day, nobody takes off their shoes in public restrooms to stick their feet in the sink and wash them. You walk around on your feet 24/7 and they're nasty, sweaty, stinky. And people have to eat that produce?

Those who've never experienced different don't know. I only have 1 eye (from birth) for example and to me I know nothing different and have an amazing field of view for one eye compared to a regular person who just covers one eye. Made for some interesting times in high school where they'd do experiments like cover one eye and guess this distance or size etc ... be like ...err which eye do I cover, the one that makes no difference or the one that means I can't participate.

I applaud you for being so independent, when virtually all the odds are against you. I would just like to point out that you shouldn't feel discouraged about buying unpackaged fruits! You gotta be healthy! I'm sure the people in the store would understand, they might even offer a hand (is that rude?)! I just love my fruits and veggies so that shocked me!

Ok man,let's asume I like to scrach my ass big time.And it turns me on not to wash my hands and to touch things other people will touch later.Like that I have a conection with a lot of them!!!I give them shit because I think people are dumb shit!!!In reality,I just developed ctitical thinking,self questioning,and questioning in general.Philosophy is a way to freedom of mind,spirit,and body.This is why they do not teach it in school!So,you write and think about higiene??WTF man??What is higienic about hands??Do you wash them just before you enter in shop??Or you drove your car,touched this and that on the way...When last time you wash hands before you enter the shop,and how many interactions your hands have with how many objects befors you touch the fruits?No,it is not about higiene,it is about fucked up,brain wash programing people made so dumb that they are locked in their own judging mind cages...From other side,this fruit on shalves is fucking clean right?Dumb!!It is not!Civered with dust,chemicals,and who kniws what came in contact with it on the way to shop!!!I worked in Germany on picking strawberries with simple vilage people that were smoking,drinking,not so clean,self aware and so on,and we had on feild a plasric portable toilet,and no where to wash our hands!!!So man think little bit it is a gift of nature ;-)

with all due respect for the people who don't want you to touch the fruit: when you eat any fruit with the skin, you wash it first because you don't know where that thing has been and who touched it. The skin has usually dirt, dust and they often fall in the floor, so if you touch the fruit or not shouldn't matter

1:27. i think it's great that your thinking of others. just so you know (i'm sure you know already but anyway for those who don't) many grocery stores etc offer a service for those with disabilities, such as those with blindness and injured people, where a store worker will go with you and help you select items. it's great for the enderly who cannot lift certian items. just a note - they will help you get fresh fruit if you need it!
