Yo, we finally did these drills on our training session. I encourage my trainer to do so by showing him this video. That was such a great feeling! I feel that aggressiveness in contact that i have to use. Love your channel, keep on going!

Love it!!!
Using the cone is genius! For me, I find that getting really low with a wide, stable base helps me create solid contact to bump off the defense.
This is a really great video. I used to use my elbow to create contact every-time which pissed the defender off. This video really teach me how to use contact to score efficiently and not fouling every possession when I drive. Keep up the amazing videos to help the younger generation of becoming a better basketball player every day.

You are a life safer, really needed that video! Looking forward to future videos 💯💯
Thanks for sharing this. I’m glad the kids nowadays can learn about this.
Love these videos , keep up the good work 👍
I wish I would’ve had these drills when I was young. Great way to build comfort with contact. I will way though, “pulling the chair” doesn’t happen unless you actually move your feet and get out of the way to disallow contact. #RickMahornFanForLife

Ong now I'm 18 like a mf 🤦♂️
Contact physical is important on basketball cause you aint gonna get easy way open lay up or passive defender all the time, theres gonna be physical defender and people who take charge like A man this drill is helpfull for those who still new to basketball
Could you do a kevin durant scoring workout or a chris paul one thats more focused on mid range

Be lower and hit first or pull the chair and reestablish stronger positioning staying lower than offensive player

Yeah let’s just teach them to ram themselves into someone going full speed instead of being smart with it, in the context of the sport 😂
