Worked for me, i just waited for a hour or so after doing it. Of course it depends on what country you live in.

For me this didn’t work but it must work for other does anyone have any other whys to do it quickly?

Someone please help! I downloaded this game and the for the first day I received the quests that reward you with stars and allow your horse to level up, but after that I've only gotten hearts that increase the horses mood for quests. That means I can't level up at all and I'm stuck at level 1. Everyday it only gives me heart quests. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but the same thing just happened. Does anyone know how to fix it??

I'm going through the exact thing! But I uninstalled then reinstalled and it saved my 3 foals as if I hadn't deleted it? Will it still be fixed or is there something else I should try?

@@_veronica_r Mine started working actually! I just had to delete the foal that wasn't working. I added a new foal and it's perfectly fine!

Make sure you are a Star Rider (membership) and that your actually logged in on the app. The emblem at the bottom is where the option should be. It could be as simple as that you don't have enough starcoins or not the correct level???
