Steps to manifesting them - 1. Visualize them - feel them, warm fuzzies... 2. Visualize them visualizing you - feeling you, warm fuzzies, smiling at you... etc 3. Stop focusing your attention on them and don't stalk them through social media 4. Be in the receiving mode - feel happy, light and think of them lovely thoughts about them There, have them back!!! ❤

For me, a couple of weeks

Step 1: think about them (a feeling state) Step 2: think about them thinking about you (equally just as positive, warm, and happy) Step 3: stop desperado/romantic/social media contact Step 4: abundance mindset and get on with your day 🥂 Listen to the full video first, lots of great examples of what steps 1 - 4 are vs not.

When will you know to allow the contact again?

It worked :). I did it, I stopped all negative thinking and replace it with calm and loving thoughts.. It took me several days though to let go and not to have expectations. I received an email a day where I was traveling and didn't check my emails for a while. I replied 24 hours later. Thanks a lot. I will apply this method now. It feels good too :).

Omg. This works within 24 hours!!! I just replied to his message to wish him a good day. Then I let go and thought of letting him go. Later that day he wrote me he is around and we saw each other for a cup od coffee. Then he said how nice and lovely it is to hug me and see me (no sex). We both felt this warm lovely feeling being together 😊. To be continued. If this will turn out well I will write more details.
