I listened and downloaded this video, I was having a bad and stressful day and I went straight into the car, plugged my earpieces and listened carefully to each step. I have made the experience twice, the first time I thought it was purely a coincidence that my friend responded to my message, the second time I had no doubt that the message went through and she called me saying “yes , what do you want?” I never told her that it was a telepathic message from me in order for her to call me.

While going about my day a few weeks ago I heard a voice talking to me. I instantly knew who the person was. They live "on the other side of the world". Later when I was talking to them I asked about that and they told me they were talking to me at that time telling me exactly what I heard. We also had mutual dreams together at other times.

How many times you did in each day?

Mind wonders this is something to be practiced consistently in order to truly calm the mind.

Im using this method to connect and communicate with my fav idol Tell him to eat well, to rest well, to always be happy and don't stress I imagined grabbing his cheeks and my palms tingled and I unconsciously smiled seeing his smile brightly Thank you so much sir. I'll keep on practicing
