Ja genau. Exactly. To run something over, or drive around it. If you emphasize the “um” harder it means run over, and if you emphasize the “fahren” harder, it means to drive or go around it. So we are talking about the difference between murder and saving a life here.

Hey Connor, Just a little advice, you could loose your driver's license if you're seen with your phone in your hand, whole driving. Also if there's no street signs there's a rule which is called right before left, that counts almost at every road, except for a few. If something happens cause you don't follow that rule, which tells you to always let the cars on the right of you drive first, you will most definitely loose your license. Might be helpful to look at German traffic rules:)♡

Not quite. "Zeug" in this sort of words does not really eqal "stuff". Its original meaning is sth more like "tool" . Try it out: Werkzeug = work tools, Strickzeug = knitting tools, Flickzeug = repair tools, Flugzeug = flight tool, Fahrzeug = drive tool, Feuerzeug = fire tools (even used for a box of matches or just flint&cinder back in the days), ... and so on. Makes sense actually.

If you are ever in cologne again, take a bit of time to visit the city "Aachen". It's way more better here for non germans since we got a lot of non germans which are studying here lol. Also it's a great city and we talk high german and normal at least

Conner, you really need to visit the Döner-place called: Ützel Brützel. It's just a few hundred meters down the Königsstraße from the Döner-place in the video. I bet you will be surprised how good that is!

In 2019 you get probably the best döner at Alaturka in Stuttgart, but it has of course a price which is a little bit higher than for a normal döner cause all on it is fresh :D

Hi Conner, That's a bit off-topic but referring to your video "EATING GERMAN BREAKFAST": I saw by chance that at the house where you are at 5:22, when you open the window, it looks like there is a hole in the roof there. This could be dangerous if roof tiles fall down. Maybe the owners/landlords shall be informed? Also, thanks a lot for your videos. Love watching them ;)
