I only put Luxembourg but has French culture too and Namibia is African Culture not European but some Europeans lives there.

Nobody in Luxembourg speaks German. Only Luxembourgish and/or French

The Austria guy looks like a lost cousin of Schwarzenegger ngl
2:58 Riograndenser Hunsrückisch (Hunsrik). It is a variant of the Hunsrücker Platt dialect from the Moselfränckisch branch, spoken by the german population in the south of Brazil, some villages in Paraguay and very minoritary in Misiones province, Argentina. In Rio Grande do Sul, Hunsrik dialect is coofficial with portuguese.

German is not a common languge in Namibia, approximately mere 1% of the population speak it.
