I hope they become besties. Around 30 years ago we bought a GS pup already having a 4 year old GS who never warmed to number 2. For the rest of his life number 1 remained quite a bully towards her. We've never been sure whether it was the male/female dynamic, number 1 trying to assume some sort of "parent" role or just pure jealousy, but it was never what we had hoped/expected it to be. I hope these people have more luck.

Two of the same breed, first meeting, one has to be submissive. I have learned to do that now because it helps the other person open up better. Just hang and say little. The silent company is sometimes priceless.

The big dog is establishing the pecking order, notice how puppy is not afraid of him. LOL!

i remember my dad doing the pretend he didn't get a dog routine and then taking the pup out his pocket. So small and cute. I've had many dogs and German shepherds are my favourite , Greyhounds close behind , they are very funny and completely different.

You will always have a special place in your heart for German shepherds...I have always loved those dogs,and yes I probably will say that for 20 other types too,but they are special.

This had me very worried at first. The display of teeth and "yawning" isn't usually a good combo. Fortunately, the puppy's sweetness assured the big guy that everything was going to be OK. Thanks for posting 🐾

Yeah, this was actually a very dangerous situation. The dogs were trapped on the bed for this person's photo shoot and the adult GSD was uncomfortable. Easily could have led to a defensive attack. If you put ANY dog in a situation where it can't escape and feels stressed, it will consider biting. Any dog

GSDs are the best dogs ever. I have 2. One is now 10+ and the other is 6+. My older one was awesome and a great teacher when I brought the new one home as a puppy. Good luck with your beautiful pair.

I just realized that Rocky was younger than this baby girl puppy when he was introduced to Bailey and Simon the first time. About a week or two younger so baby Rocky was crying 😢 and crying. Then he was sparing with Simon as Bailey watch exhausted. Hahaha!

Germand shepperd is one of my favorite dog breed, i also have one in my pack

POOR Rocky!! He doesn't know what to think about this youngster!! First, he seems MIFFED!! He shows his upper teeth!! Then in another scene, He's yawning,...like, "I am so un=impressed!!" Gotta Love Rocky!! He's the MAN!!!🤣🤣🤣🤣❤❤❤❤👍👍👍👍
