KZread overdoes it with the comedian routine, German shepherds are much more than that, they are powerful, highly intelligent police officers, and deserving of full respect, extremely brave and loyal. My dog saved my life in a sleep apnea episode waking me by body slamming the bed when I couldn't breath. When a stranger was approaching me in a field he barked at him twice but the man continued to approach me, my dog placed his big mouth on his arm looked him straight in the eye, then released his arm and the man left.

i totally agree,i have had a German Shepherd,Romel, picked me as his favorite,most protective and loving

Shepherds are so beautiful and gentle……we have rescued 8 Shepherds so far and a lot had abandonment issues for awhile until they felt save with us.

A neighbor had two German shepherds, and they were so well trained to the command “go home”. One time we were playing on our street, and we saw both of them running like wolfs chasing something. Later on we saw the neighbor, and he said, I told them to go home. The cool part is he had told them from half mile away.

If only the world had the heart of a dog

Not a day goes by when I don't miss/still talk to and remember my Gentle giant German Shepherd - he was my everything my love story - sadly old age made him an Angel now

How can you not love a dog or even a cat? These big beautiful German Shepherds really make me miss my big boy Valentine. I lost him a year ago. He was a big goof ball like these babies and gave lots of love. Thanks so much for this video. It helps the day go by better. PJ

I had a mastiff once. When I asked, you wanna go swimming. He would run to the back door. Wait for me to open it. Run across the yard to the pool fence. Wait. I opened it. He would run in. Use the steps, swim out half way and turn around to get out. He was done.

The wife and I have two shep/rotties and a Dutch shepherd...and chaos reigns in our household.

GSD's are are smart enough to make her person feel dumb! My dad had a our shepherd at a training class. He got distracted thinking about work, and when the command for 'sit' was given, the dog sat. When my dad got to the end of 'his' leash, he looked back realizing what he'd done and he later said that the dog was giving him a look as if to say "what is wrong with you!"😂

Wow beautiful dogs. Still I wonder how the heck do they handle 3 -4 GSDs in the house. I have a hard time keeping up with 1 Dutch Shepherd 😊.

My girlfriend has 5 german shepherds and I own 3 so as you can see we love them. It's a lot of work and a ton of noise but it's worth it

I've had 3 of them, the most amazing is that in a microsecond they switch from thinking they are the boss to act like if they are the sweetest puppy, they were all the same so I think is a genetic trait, but smart, protective and playful they all were. Pity they only live to be around 12.

When you gsd was a puppy. I was the boss. Now, he has his own mind & I am his server. What a change in life but it is fun to watch what ge can do . DOG!!!

The woman who screamed at her poor dog was absolutely horrid! So sad. All dogs are sensitive yet German Shepherds are especially ultra-sensitive and respond best to soft, kind voices. To see the short clip of her shepherd on his back in submission after her thoughtless outburst was heartbreaking. Not at all funny or sweet. I stopped watching at that point.

These dogs doing the side way head turn reminds me of the ewoks. Especially wicket who does that dog style head side to side.

I had 2 Siberian Huskies and a German Shepherd Dog. We live at least a half mile from the road leading to our subdivision but any vehicle with a siren would trigger the howling from all three dogs. Car alarms triggered the howling and nearby coyotes would yip and then pause, but my 3 responded with howls. I had to put my GSD down last year and I still miss her even though I still have 4 dogs. They all have their own personalities.

Back in 1974, we got a Sheppard whose mother was Coyote/ Sheppard, and father Sheppard/Wolf. Rommel was huge. Full grown he could stand and look my 6'3 father in the eyes. He was about 165lbs. He was raised with our cats and was very protective. He jumped through a window when a city worker pulled into our driveway and approached my mother. He attacked a dog when he was pulling me on my skate board. He pushed me to the side away from the dog, then attacked him. He killed a dog that came onto our property going after one of our cats. He was abnormal at best, as a pup he was 3 times bigger than the rest. His paws were the size of a full grown mans fist. Most loyal, protective, smartest dog I have ever seen.

I LOVE IT. ❤❤❤❤
