It’s a Gerber everyone is going to hate it. I carry a 6” adjustable wrench, a 4 1/2” slip joint pliers. Gerber bit, a Ronson mini pry bar. , a ratchet mini or a cut down and a 1/4” hex 5” extension. Plus a sharpie, write in the wet notebook, a triple A flashlight, a knife, a mini flashlight, no scissors add a small pair and a few other items. It all fits into a nice small MOLLIE/belt bag and doesn’t pull your pants down. I do this for all my multi tools because there is not a single perfect multi tool so I add whatever is missing or lacking being it a Gerber, Leatherman, SOG, BOKER, or one of the Chinese multi tools. The only one too large for this is a ROXSON.

Sounds like a great option! Very nice kit.

I recently tried pairing a Deluxe Tinker with my Dual Force to patch up what's missing. That way I have little precise pliers when I need them, scissors, can and bottle openers (and a wider flathead), an awl, and some finer blades for precise cutting tasks. Having a few redundant screwdrivers doesn't hurt either, that way I don't have to change bits in the Dual Force as often.

Sounds like a great solution!

I really like my Dual Force and carry regularly, alternating with LM Surge and SOG Power Access Deluxe. I also carry Knipex XS Pliers Wrench. The main issues with the Dual Force for my particular needs are (1) lack of pointy tip pliers (2) poor wire cutting / stripping capabilities. Otherwise it's a mighty tool. Great video, thanks.

A dedicated 5/16 driver is much more useful than a 1/4" this is a feature that really should be brought back in modern multi-tools....

Mr. Kincaid I haven't ever seen that Craftsman slip joint multitool before. I've heard you talk about it in the past though. Very cool Craftsrade multitool. I went to comment on your Gerber NXT video. They don't like me mentioning online retailers it seems. KZread deletes my comments. Rocktol and another Asian company make a clone of the NXT. Its my favorite Gerber multitool, if I had to carry one. It must be pretty popular. You really can't beat the price either.

@@hvacbudget8600 yup. First one, the pliers broke under light use. Second one, the wire cutters chipped just cutting vape wire for a co-worker so he could build a new coil
