Georges St-Pierre Striking for MMA - Fighting Drills and Tips

Seeing as how everyone loves the legend that is multiple times UFC Champion, world renowned MMA fighter and all round über individual Georges St-Pierre, I thought I would add up a little more from his outstanding seminar on striking for MMA at the For the Love of MMA event held earlier on in the year in Manchester.
In it, Georges talks about how he approaches dealing with taller opponents reach in MMA through the use of position, baits and feints. His coaching, details and breakdown are all as phenomenal as you might expect 🤯🤯🔥
I am sure you don't need me to tell you how amazing an individual he is so make sure you smash the follow button on him (should you be one of the few not already keeping up to date with all that he does!!) and the For The Love Of MMA series today!! I can't wait for the next one to take place in Manchester April 2023!!

  • @alotafhindi7485

    @alotafhindi7485

    Жыл бұрын

    @Rick Thomas if they don’t flinch then they don’t respect your strikes yet. Hit them with a couple good jabs, a couple good crosses and some leg kicks and then start to feint to get an opening. Keep in mind the more experience somebody has the less they’re going to flinch to your feints definitely if you’re at a lower level than them. Like if I sparred with someone who I knew couldn’t hurt me I wouldn’t really react to their feints either. Just keep at it and eventually you’ll get that respect
