My dad was a flight engineer on C119s with the 314th / 940th Troop Carrier squadron. He participated in Operation Hay Lift and flew missions in Vietnam.

My father was the maintenance officer for the 324 troop carrier squadron.

My late dad was at March field with Bolo bombers and later B-24s in the 1940s.

My father flew the AC version in VN, 69-70.

Had a Cousin that flew them out of Scott field Illinois.
