What I love the most is that they go to the effort with the costumes, hiring the location, the fancy camera shots and they just do one take and say that'll do, no need to re-do it.

From the Guardian. Bob: I did a sketch with Matt Lucas on shooting stars. The premise was that I was selling caravans and he was buying one off me. But the sketch was that he wouldn't buy a caravan whatever happened. I thought 30 seconds in I thought it was rubbish and a waste of money and clothing - but it's turned out to be one of my favourites.

The most pointless yet hilarious sketch I have ever seen. Comedy at it's finest.

I've been searching for a sketch they did where they are playing police officers investigating a mysterious bag, but they use a bird that is attached to their arm to do the investigation while playing a tune on a portable stereo. The higher the rank, the bigger the bird. I can't find it anywhere

This is the best Shooting Stars clip I've ever seen, knew I'd find it on KZread, brilliant! I don't even kno why it's so funny, just the genuine skitting is very infectious. Tears in my eye and that is no lie!

I was laughing with tears, so much so that I didn't know who was buying or selling. In 2009 I was travelling the UK with my wife in a White caravan.

One of the funniest things ever. Added to the 'script' 🤔🤣 is Matt's clobber 🤣 A suede boiler suit with a random skinny belt around his upper abdomen?? 🤣😂🤣😂

This is the best sketch in the world. EVER

This is hilarious even Bob and Matt can’t keep straight faces. I’m sure after a few seconds whatever script they had goes out the window they’re just both laughing and ad libbing. Matt especially at the end can’t hold it together!
