And I’ve been talking to him since. Norway went from Vikings, to really nice and calm people.

There _was_ a horrific avalanche in Longyearbyen in December 2015, which tragically killed two people (a man and a little girl). Other than that, accidents do happen, yes, but mostly with people travelling out in the wilderness. And even then, people don't "die all the time".

There is a funfact about the relationship between Nepal and Norway that should be mentioned. Due to the preservation of the mountains, it's not really allowed to drive heavy machinery up the mountains. Since people (tourists?) want to go to the top of mountains, Sherpas from Nepal are payed to build stairs up various mountains to make it easier to access. The stones are either air lifted with a helicopter, and moved slightly, or carried up. There are a lot of stone stairs that are not made by the sherpas obviously, but it's still a fun fact. So you can come to Norway and just walk a long ass staircase up a mountain.

I’m from Minnesota and I am so proud of my Norwegian ancestry. I love Norway so much! I bore people to death with all the information that I know about the country and/or the Viking Age. Fun Fact: I met the Princess of Norway, Märtha Louise when I was a little boy during her book tour; met her in Minneapolis, MN. Also, I was a finalist to be a cast member on the “Alt for Norge” tv show for Season 9. It didn’t work out because I’m in college and it’s hard to schedule around that... but who knows... I could always possibly be a future contestant; the directors liked me and have wanted me to keep in touch with them until I graduate. Thanks for reading my long comment, I appreciate it. SKÅL! 🇳🇴💕♥️

Written Danish is closer to written Norwegian, as it resembles old Norwegian in many ways. At least in "Bokmål" which is the most used written language. Overall a really well made video. Amici Nybråten you have the right to roam, not the right to drive. Either if it is a farm far up a road, an industrial area or a cabin in the woods. Private roads are private and can be locked of. In some cases there are "the right to a road" when a road must go through anoter property to connect to the public road. But that is realestate/property law, not hikers and bikerd law.
