It sells for around $1,200, and it is well worth the dough! This is not some cheap piece of junk that's going to break down after three gigs. I use mine on virtually every gig, and it totally rocks, I get any tone I want from it. They now have the 12" extension cab too.

I got this one a year ago and still sounds and plays great...not to mention is light to carry around. I Love mine!

Very practical combo. Just about thought of everything...size, sound, versatility, and portability.

I've never had the chance to spend a lot of time with the MB stuff. I played through one once and liked some of the features, but I couldn't give you a real evaluation of the quality. I have however been playing on the Genz Shuttle rig consistently for well over a year now and have never had any problems, it always sounds great, and is always a joy on the load out.

Man that amp sounded great when you were using the pic. Geez, you could get a great 'Tool' kind of tone out of this amp!!

Thanks for the great review Ed! It was on the strength of this review along with a recommendation from one of my Warwick Forum bros, that I bought one of these sight unseen from Music 123 (none of my local music stores carried them).

Not sure what a Db dropoff is... but it handles the low B just fine. It is designed with a low frequency rolloff which gives you better power efficiency and more clarity in the low range. It is not a sub-bass rig - it's a well-focused, portable gig amp.

It prevents degradation or loss of signal due to a failure or bad connection in your effects chain. It can also allow for adjusting the overall level of effects in your sound.

I have the Neo Pak 3.5 All the same tone design as the shuttle and I love it. I use it on most gigs Even used it thorugh an Ampeg 8X10 one evening. Typically I use the Neo Pak with a Neo 2X12 cab . Love it. Only regreat is that the shuttle come out shortly after.

@mikeymacaque - I've used the Shuttle 6.0/12t for 90% of my gigs for the last 2 1/2 years, and I've never been disappointed. I obviously have a personal preference for them, but that is not to say the others are bad, I just don't use them.

It does get a nice tube driven tone, I don't use it much myself, but I do work the tube gain for coloration sometimes. This amp rocks, I use it on every gig now.
