Some people think all asmr is, is whispering. Maria really understands tone, vocabulary, sounds, setting ,soft spoken and story. She is never too close to the mic and it’s never unnecessarily sexualized. There is such a clear difference between people who do it for views and those who do it for the passion of relaxation. Regarding mic levels and sexualization: I appreciate ASMR artists who have mastered good microphone levels too. Also I have to say it is always disappointing when you find a good ASMR channel and then the artist starts doing the low-cut-blouse gratuitous boob-shots. It's like, "really? did you have to go there?" Thankfully Maria is not like that. No need to flash viewers when you're really super good like she is. The views & subscriptions come in because of superior scripts and sound quality.

Well said @mg, what I wont accept is utube demonetizing her ASMR vids jz bcoz of unsayable obviously clear but wrongly and unjust excuses, not reasons . . A lot of other folk would go after utube like a pack of arctic wolves all legaled up... I think utube best rethink and perhaps meet a representative of our beloved Marias on the courthouse steps with a big neat cheque which still weighs shittonnes after taxes. Do the right thing utube n redeem yrselves.

The preview alone tells me this is going to be an absolute classic. Literally no one can do soft spoken like this. Been watching since 2011. Ten years of sheer peaceful bliss. What a wonderful gift you are Maria.

This video really has everything. Voice triggers, other audio triggers, visual triggers, a plot, scenery, AND education (RE: fashion, tailoring concepts, etc). Maria puts a lot of work into these and that’s why they’re amazing. PS- Your background setups are so good. I wish I could zoom in and look at the knickknacks and paintings on the shelf.

I got fitted for a suit recently (after FINALLY finding somewhere that takes women’s suiting seriously, thank you KASHIYAMA) and all I could think about is how much I’d love an ASMR video like that

But I can still tell the the preparation and care she has for her videos is just insane. She’s been doing it longer than almost anyone and she is simply the best there is whether she is someone’s favorite or not

maria is kinda like barbie in the sense that she brings joy to so many people but she’s also had literally every job you can think of lol

Maria, I would love to see you do an art dealer / gallery director role play. You are also an ace in detailed consultant role plays, like your kitchen reno RP. Another idea would be to be a travel planner for a luxurious vacation. You are such a creative soul; you would be superb.

It's okay not to be good looking. In fact, it's okay to be ugly. It's also okay to look at other people and see plainly that they are not beautiful either. It's not being judgemental, it's having realistic expectations.

Mad respect for anyone who makes it through this entire video. I was asleep within the first 25 minutes. I follow a lot of ASMR and Maria's voice is hands down the most soothing.
