I am a 55 year old former DJ and house head to my grave. I thought that this kind of true deep thick and slick house had been relegated to the history books. Yeah he puts the kids to shame. I see so many sets on YT from kids who think they're killing it just because they rolled out a pair of CDJ's and beat matching mixer to play some MP's from Beatport on top of a mountain. Their selections are weak and they couldn't match a beat on vinyl manually. My dude is here in his room with his coffee showing how it's done.

Absolutely right, the mixing and track selection is very good, better than a lot of overrated djs... i think that there is something special on enjoy underrated music... a lot of people cant mix like that in years... a lot of famous djs cant beatmatch like that and use the sync... congrats to this guy enjoying real mixing

I know, it's pretty incredible how much music is crammed into the first track of a vinyl record AND being able to mix so precisely. I mean, even cartridge pickup maintenance during a live mix is a mastery in and of itself. The clever part was having identical labels on each record - keeps the viewer from being distracted. Excellent set!! I have to give a clue though... timecode :)
