The self-celebration of particular generations has long struck me as peculiar and funny.

One thing Gen X will ALWAYS be and no amount of anyone’s opinion can change it: we are the last generation who lived a couple decades without “tech”

Everybody in my generation thinks Gen Z is the best because we didn't have iPads at age 3, but yet, we had them at age 10.
