@@ekulipse1133 Really! It's not like Intel was some national brand trying to expand it's Korean market share, or to revamp a bad reputation, develop a new 'youth' market demand for its products. Same with 'LG' (formerly GoldStar). It was the Korean Chicken company ( I forget their name at the moment) that had a reason to sign SNSD---and they used the girls comedy acting skills instead of singing/dancing, and IIRC saw a 500% growth in sales and became the biggest company in their market. .

MISTAKES that I (and others) found: 0:02 *Jessica* was supposed to look at the camera, but looked at it late. 0:06 *Tiffany* turns around early 0:27 *Jessica* (turns wrong way) 0:47 *Sunny* (bends knees late, yet not enough) 1:03 *Tiffany* pulls her leg in late, yet *Jessica* doesn't at all! 1:19 no idea if this was what the choreographer had in mind - but they all just look so confused 😭 1:23 *Sunny* (reacts with her leg too late) 1:27 *Sooyoung* puts her legs back together too late. 1:27 *Tiffany* just not having the right alignments 1:29 their legs just never being in sync 1:29 *YoonA* loses the beat in her leg 1:45 *Jessica* starts doing moves early and soon enough, *Tiffany* follows her 1:54 *Sunny* and *Taeyeon* don't shake their hips like the others, until a little too late. 1:59 *Sunny* isn't in time with *YoonA* 2:11 *Hyoyeon* having to fix her dress 2:24 *Sooyoung* turns around with her feet not together 3:01 *Tiffany* making a little mistake 3:04 once again, their legs just never being in sync EDIT: just came back 4 years later and some of these mistakes are still killing me lmao, song is still a bop tho!! no hate to the girls obviously, it was obvious that they had little time to prepare for it and they did well with what they were given!! 💞

I think it's different now because before everything was more original and new. Now they all do more or less the same thing, 2nd and 3rd gen k-pop hits me differently. I still think that people who consume or only lived the 4th generation will feel the same as we felt with previous generations.
