I just a purchased one of the completed gen2 rifles from them and I am very happy with it. We shot this weekend and it was great rifle. I was surprised to see so many of the parts stamped "P. Beretta"

@@MidwesternFC I got the Ital, and three magazines. I then found a very nice Bayonet at another internet provider, Liberty tree collectors. So i have the complete package now. I would like to have a Beretta version but they are rare and expensive. Finnish on the JRA I have is great. I saw a Beretta once at a Dicks sporting goods near me. Someone had sold off their families collection, it was a select fire version, on sale for $2000. They thought the select fire switch on side was the safety it had the pistol grip and carry handle. I didn't have the money.

@@anthonykiszka4976 Ouch, there is always one good one that gets away. Enjoy the one you have as the Italian ones are very nice indeed. If you are ever looking for an Italian bayonet, I have a few and happy to work out a reasonable price. Thanks for the comments and enjoy! I'm saving up to get another version someday, hopefully before they are gone.

Looks like a pretty decent receiver. I’ve had mixed luck with JRA. Got one of their Galil clones and it was a complete basket case that should not have left the factory as it was… but to their credit, they were very responsive and polite in getting it addressed and didn’t give me the slightest bit of pushback. They even put me on with the owner of the company who explained what they did to try and resolve the issue and I think the whole thing was turned around and under two weeks. At no point did I indicate I had a KZread channel or anything so I don’t *think* I got special treatment, not that a channel as small as mine has any clout (although to be fair, manufacturers have commented on my stuff before, so maybe).

All I can ask for is when something goes wrong that a company does what they need to in order to make it right. I'm glad to hear they were helpful with your issue as customer service is the key for me. Anyone can be friendly and happy when things go well, its when they go wrong that we see the true character. Did you end up replacing the Galil? Working OK? Another bucket list item for me.

@@MidwesternFC yeah they apparently threw everything but the kitchen sink at it to try and get it to run but it just wouldn’t, so they ended up replacing it with one they vetted, and threw in a few extra mags for my trouble. It’s been running great but I haven’t fired it an absolute ton, tbh.

I like how you say “mill it yourself”. Like, bro, I almost cried trying to change the grips on my 1911 last month. I will not be milling anything this lifetime.

For light bulbs remember, 'righty tighty, lefty loosey' so when the light stops working just unscrew the old bulb and add a new one. As for driving, I recommend lots of practice and above all else remember, THE LEFT LANE IS FOR PASSING! Good luck. @@Hermann-lz2jb

Also you can practice driving on video games but they should make a video game about screwing in lightbulbs and changing 1911 grips. A gunsmithing video game might be cool. @@MidwesternFC

I purchased one rifle from them back some years ago, and was very, very disappointed with the rifle when I received it. A 1903A1 USMC sniper clone. Fit and finish were totally unacceptable. I lost over $300.00 to get shed of it, but they finally agreed to take it back. I never had mixed luck like the guy below because once burned, forever learned.
