I have been putting this oven to the test over several months. I've made New York, Neapolitan, Detroit, Sicilian, and Old Forge style pizzas in this oven. I like how you can dial in the top and bottom temperatures independently for a perfectly crisp bottom and a melty cheese and golden brown crust on top!
