I began to wonder why my gear teeth appear much more slender than yours. It looks like you entered 0.8 instead of 0.58 for the dimension of the flat top edge of the gear tooth. Then the mistake was doubled, as you mirrored the tooth to make it complete. Also, in the PDF drawing, the location of the 36 diameter does not appear accurate, as the 36 falls closer to the 31 diameter, whereas it should fall closer to the 40 diameter in the drawing. This changes the arc of the tooth on its outside edges.

Please make 3D into 2D layout DWT settings. Thx.
