How does the timer work?
What is that microwave model number? or is there any review video?

Turn off your circuit breaker switch that goes to your range for at least a minute, then turn it back on!

Don no luck shut everything down I powered down still a no change
All of these ranges with a computer board are NOT going to last you. Kitchen appliances should not have those. Heat, steam all break down componants. I wish they'd still offer a choice of plain knobs on most ranges.
That is not smart. I need one that you can set to turn the burner off by itself.
