The Gazania thrives in hot, dry conditions and is native to South Africa. It is also known as the treasure flower or African daisy. Please note that this plant is not UK cold hardy..

That has a cool looking bloom! Now you have an operational greenhouse, you could potentially overwinter it

I believe this will see off a light frost or two, but not much more.. I think I may have to bring in the house!
Very nice flowers, but extremely stubborn about opening!

Haha yeah you are not wrong, since filming this a few hours back they have all closed!
I've heard of gazania before. That is one cool looking bloom. Too bad it's not cold hardy.

Unfortunately, so! I believe you can collect the seeds, though, so I will be looking to do that.
