Atty, magandang araw po may tanong lang po.. nakapag submit na kami ng position paper at draft position last month sa developer at sa HSAC. Ask ko lang po ilang months po bago magkaroon ng hearing or ilang month bago kami makakakuha ng sagot from HSAC kung ano kinalabasan ng case namin? Sana po gumawa kayo ng video about it.. Kailangan Po ba na IPA approved sa DENR Ang result .Ang Sabi Kasi Nung napag inquiran ko na surveyor " no need na Daw IPA approved. Hindi pa Po na individualize Ang title dito saamin.

actually hindi tama na ilagay na single sia tapos married naman pala. at the end of the day, makakahabol pa rin ang asawa kapag malaman, kasi conjugal property yun

Gud pm pp atty. Just want to ask in behalf of my client. If the birth certificate mistakenly declared the no.of siblings as 4, how can he prove that they are 2 that were born and raised.
