Apparently that Gibson Les Paul reported Gary to the police for being physically assaulted during that song. True story.

Nia Yes. Absolutely. Vicious soloing. Lots of anger behind that playing. No wonder he died of alcohol poisoning. He wasn’t joking. Either play the guitar or put his fist through a wall. EVH: the thing I don’t like about Eddie, was he had the equipment to play like this, and didn’t. Eddie was a short soloist in 3 minute am radio format songs. Just a couple measures. What the hell is that? Never stepped out and really expressed himself as a ( long) soloist. Like a lot of guys. Gary M F Moore really brought home the bacon. He was a born soloist. Not many like that. Vicious Vicious blues rock soloing. And now the guy in Metallica plays this guitar. Sacrilegious Daym, those 100 watt amps must have been up all the way. Back to the woodshed, with my Boss DS-1 and my compressor.
