A bit long winded on the question, to say the least, but a decent question and a solid answer. Nice to see a bit of collegial banter and smiles between the two sides.

Would you rather be driving over a new bridge built under more or under less regulations?

Did Pete take time out of running rodents of his gerbil highway to make a speech?

Of course you missed the irony of a congressman wanting to see the benefit of infrastructure that he VOTED AGAINST! too busy being stupid to notice. I suspect it’s your full time occupation.

Buttigieg takes NO responsibility for any of his Departments failures. It's always "we inherited these issues" which may be true in some cases, but definitely not in most of the problems he has created. He was woefully unqualified for that job.

You must have seen a different video than I just did... Articulate, knowledgeable, direct, and on point--WITH the 90 seconds he was given to answer the 3-1/2 minutes of the congressman's question. BOTH men sounded forthright in their concerns, respectful, and both well spoken. Imagine these two being our nominees for POTUS.

I still don't understand why anybody would want to kiss people to judges ass for basically giving his State 10 million dollars

Did you use talk to text? Did you mean to say Pete Buttigieg's ass? I don't think Congressman Graves did that, maybe he just appreciates that Pete is not an idiot. And has some awareness of projects in Graves' home state.

Every other reason for rising costs, except for his reduction in common sense. He cares not one iota for the everyday working man . Snide to a new level of snarkiness
