Dude thank you for making this video. I just bought my Garrett Ace 250 yesterday and I was having trouble finding anything, This vid answered many of my questions. especially about locating targets, I am brand new at this so this info helps alot!!
One of the best videos for beginners and saves us rookies from digging large holes in the ground and becoming tin can miners. Well done John

Thanks Buckeye for all the kind words. Good to hear you are enjoying the videos and thank you for subscribing. I'll be talking a little more about pinpointing in the future. Happy hunting.

really enjoyed the way you did your video. Keep up the good work and do some more videos.
Thanks John,a friend of mine puts a orange golf tee down between coils to help him out.
I've learned a new thing. Thank you :)
I put a flashlight holder on mine it worked really good you can use a bike handle bar mount to. I use the same ace 250 love it. Good videos
Coin runner John good video on ace 250 I own 2 of them and noticed that rusted iron rings in the coin range to alleviate this accept the first segment when you hunt and hit rust the low tone sounds when mixed coins and rust are gone over you hear both to know what to dig this can be the custom mode and if you don't mess with zinc then after duplicating coins in custom mode reject the zinc penny cursor to avoid them which also rejects screw caps which are the biggest pain in coin hunting
Great video i really enjoyed it ... Keep making them it gives me something to watch untill the weather breaks and it atleast gets into the mid 40's here in Ohio .. Also thank you for the pinpointing tip with this machine .. I just bought an Ace250 myself & have been out once with it. Found 1.45 in clad. But, i wasnt sure when pinpointing if it was the center of the coil or towards the front .. You cleared that up for me !! ... I've subscribed and i look forward to watching more of your videos !
Thanks for the tips
Great video mate keep it up cheers
I reinforced my rest with a thin coat of JBweld on the parts that are sensitive. Had the same cuff two years so I did something right
Let's say I wanted to use this thing only for silver/gold and screw the rest -- would it find aluminum (as you mentioned) ...does it have any way of refining the metal discrimination? (trying to decide whether to buy this thing)
nice video some good tips
Nice video Happy Hunting
