This was very interesting. I have never seen other people’s body battery chart. I rarely ever see blue lines during the day, yet your shows them all over. I need to figure out how to fix this. I figured everyone had some level of stress while awake. Now I realize it does not need to be this way. I also never realized digestion had anything to do with stress. I am going to start watching after meals and see what happens. Appreciate you taking the time to make and post this.

You're welcome, I elaborate on this topic as well in my next videos. Stress, sleep, recovery. on top of that I prove that accuracy is very questionable and premises that digesting is responsible for recovery is remote. the only benefit is that you can find what bothers your stomach the most and then replace it with something lighter which leads to better health in general.

I had stress all night while sleeping because I had Indian food buffet last night. It was not done digesting until about 5 AM.

I'm not surprised as spicy food affects blood circulation and digestion, how was the body battery in the morning?

@@Fit-4-Life It was horrendous lol. Also, I usually have cottage cheese before bed and sometimes I have some stress measured in the first hour of sleep and sometimes I don't. Definitely can't tell anything conclusive about that. Do you find your stress levels correlate well with your recovery? Like if you work you reduce the stress levels your watch records are you sure you are improving recovery or could some of it just be pleasing the watch?

it's definitely affecting garmin measurements, but stomach problems reflect on skin condition and appears with rash spots on face. so I used to have days with lowest battery and feeling energetic, but digestive system always suffered. Going to make new video soon showing effect with ketosis and intermittent fasting

lol I’m chronically ill and have heart issues so my body battery consistently stays at 5 even after 12 hours of sleep followed by all day bed rest for weeks and weeks. I’m just gonna assume that it’s just how my body is going to function

Well, not necessarily, as I prove in other videos following this one, accuracy of garmin is very questionable, many ppl complain about it, but if you change your food and then notice readings on stress and body battery to be more promising I would give a chance to keep trying and introducing more foods that make positive changes.

@@Fit-4-Life I too am chronically ill with POTS dysautonomnia and chronic fatigue syndrome. My body battery is frequently 5 day and night. I've done a lot with my digestion. It did not change my body battery. When people have ME/CFS, POTS or Long Covid - any type of dysautonomia, then the nervous system does not respond properly. It's chronically in stress. I'm 65 years old and been sick since my mid 20's after having a severe case of meningitis. I think a lot more people suffer with these types of dysautonomnisa and sadly, it's very difficult to get a proper diagnosis much less a valid treatment plan.

You can try sleep without garmin and see if there is any change. I don't wear it 24/7 and when I put it on first in the morning most of my readings is proper, when I wear it during the sleep my body battery is always lower in the morning. Garmin has problems with heart rate reading during activities, when you sleep garmin activates 'sleep activity' so readings are affected by activity. I made video about it proving that during walk you can switch your garmin to different activities every few minutes and your heart rate will be different in every activity despite being in walking all that time, I prove as well that classic pulse measurement with my fingers on my artery shows that most Garmin HR scores is circa 20-30 beats higher than actual real heart beat. and the last one, IQ Event feature of device, recognising automatically activities affects readings as well so the best way is to switch it of and then your HR reading should be most accurate to real pulse :) Do you drink coffee or any other form of caffeine?
