Dear Sweet Young Thing; You could have grated the garlic w the same zester you used for lemon; you left alot of zest & garlic on your cutting board....with time comes experience. Never waste precious ingredients, first lesson of a chef. Good luck.

FIVE FUCKING MINUTES to explain a sauce made from yogurt, lemon zest, lemon juice, and garlic? REALLY?! Here, look, I'll do it in ten seconds: "Whisk together some plain yogurt, lemon zest, lemon juice, and garlic." TAH-DAH! BTW, you forgot Salt.

Ok expert. Why would you need to watch a video if you already know how to do it.. 🤔 BTW you're rude. As you already know, have a nice day.

@@letswatchcooking4500 Often when looking for someone else's take on a particular thing, such as yogurt-based sauces for Seekh Kabobs, I'll search KZread for ideas. Made Tzatziki a hundred times in eight different ways but still wondering if it could be better? Hey, look at this video where Grandma uses finely-pulverized dill SEED to go along with the fresh dill fronds. And THAT guy uses both white wine vinegar AND a touch of lemon juice PLUS Acacia honey. And that other lady coarsely grates unpeeled Persian cucumbers and salts them a full twenty minutes before squeezing out the juices through a sieve. And wouldn't you know it, the best way to liquefy garlic is with salt and the side of a knife; it makes the sauce more "garlicky" with less pungency. THAT sort of thing. And so we come to the topic of Cadence within the context of teaching or training. The Human Mind is a conundrum of simultaneous ignorance and truth seeking that shifts between modes of desiring the relaxation of ignorance being dominant versus desiring the excitement of seeking the truth being dominant. When we're in the latter mode we don't like to fuck about; we want to dig in and learn, and anything that gets in the way can make us furious. For some it's as powerful as one's Sex Drive. This is what happened to me as I started going through your video, which in Information Transfer terms can only be described as "Sparse," when I sought content more intellectually "dense." If this were a printed work rather than a video, Edward R. Tufte would refer to it as having a "Low Data-Ink Ratio." The bottom line, mate, is that your cadence and format combination is unsustainable because it is frustratingly slow to get to a very simple point, which is the ten-second version in my original comment. And yes, you forgot the salt, no matter WHAT kind of yogurt-based sauce you were making, and that is basic, basic, basic. So take my advice as you would that of a woman who has just had her clitoris bitten by an inexperienced lover: understand the "Why" of my sudden shout and you'll be much better in no time.
