@@mohitgupta980 अब मैं बिल्कुल ठीक हूँ। मेरे जीभ के नीचे वाली लार ग्रंथि में छोटी सी पथरी बन गई थी जो लार को बाहर नहीं आने दे रही थी जिससे गाल के पीछे सूजन होती थी। मैंने डेंटिस्ट को दिखाया तो बोलते हैं आपको पायरिया हो गया है जबकि ऐसा नहीं था। ये डॉक्टर तो लूटने का काम करते हैं। फिर एक दिन अपने आप ही वो पथरी निकल गई और तबसे मैं बिल्कुल ठीक हूँ। आपको यही समस्या है तो ENT doctor के पास जाना और बोलना कि देखिये यँहा पथरी है इसको दबा के निकाल दो। बस।

धन्यवाद जी , जब आप ये सब बता रहे थे बहुत ज्यादा सूजन थी और जइब के नीचे एक गांठ महसूस हो रही थी जब आपने जानकारी दी तो मै हल्की मालिश करने लगा तभी व्व गांठ एक दम खुल गई और मुह में खट्टा से अनुबव हुआ और सूजन एक दम से गायब हो गई । जानकारी ही समस्या का समाधान है थैंक्स अगेन सर् ,आप बहुत अछे से बताते हो ।

Sir I had submandibular stone which वास came out at 9sept and pain slow down... but der is still mild sweling of submandibular gland... it feels specially during eating... Sir how much weeks it will take to go out sweling completely and back to normal

Sir i had swelling in parotid gland from 2 months sir , i did fnac on doctor advise it shows chronic sialenditis , is it curable because from 2 month swelling is same, no increase or decrease. Koi treatment hai ya nhi sir iska..ct scan also showed no stones in duct or calci.it happened suddnely.

Hello howre you now?? Please reply I am now in same condition Since October 2019 I just felt little bit swelling of my right submandibular gland .It was puffy kinda swelling completely nonpainfull . I went to the doctor and he said it might be lymphadenopathy since Right submandibular gland measured 1.7×1.0 on USG. I did FNAC twice to re confirm any malignancy but report was negative for Granuloma/malignancy. For 21 days doc prescribed me antibiotics but swelling was still there. After the antibiotics my swelling became like a movable rock. Then he told it might be chronic sialdenitis and surgery should be done. I refused for it and now Nov 2020 I still have that swelling . Nowadays I experience mild pain occasionally not exactly in meal time. Can you suggest me anything about this??

@UCNoT3ZeCef7u3H13dpYWxeQ FNAC and USG was done by experienced doctor. I even went to dentist to know if swelling is due to oral infection and everything was fine . Actually I used some kind of homeopathy medicine in july 2020 during lockdown. That homeopathy Dr gave me Medicine without name (watery kind) for one month. And I took that medicine for 15 days .after that I went to hospital for USG to see the changes and USG report came normal and at that time I thought I got cured. I couldn't continue total dose because I got covid at that time. After recovering from covid I again went to USG report came normal. But again from yesterday I can feel pain in right submandibular gland and I can feel big gland while checking.

@ sikchya dhital my 1st doctor said when u will have pain or increase in size then consult but I notice new nodes in neck and submandular after parotid gland swelling, so I m going to consult Aiims, bcoz these swelling sometimes misdiagnosed so need to review by very experienced doctor
