it does. I dont havea gtx1650 but i have a rtx3050 and if you connect a monitor to your laptop you will get a 15-30% fps increase in certain games.

and this is exactly why you my friend should spend 500 dollars on building A PC A COMPUTER GAMING PC WITH 500 DOLLARS IS GONNA BE WAY BETTER PERFORMANCE AND FASTER THAN A 500 DOLLAR "GAMING" LAPTOP
