Gaming in the 90s (Ep. 6)
The 90s were a special time for playing video games. Sure, these days the internet is faster, the storage capacity is bigger, but as far as we're concerned, nothing beats that nostalgic feeling of rushing home after a long day at school to finally get past that boss stage you couldn't beat the day before, and celebrating with an ice-cold Caprisun. So take a nostalgia trip back to the days of classic 90s gaming like NFL Blitz on the N64, Gameboy on a road trip with the fam, rad Jedi Knight Star Wars cut scenes, and logging onto DSL internet voice chat for the first time.

Yeah ! I remember pain for playing pokemon in car each time but I always risked it 😅
Insanely accurate. The "new video game!" but it's a little handheld like that, the "movie inside your game" and it's kind of awesome (seriously, why isn't anyone making more videos hilariously like that?), and the internet being still just terrible from the screaming moment of its birth. Wonderful!

Accurately for early 90s, but not late 90s.
@DarkElfDiva

@@ironhell808 Games were still using crappy, poorly-acted FMVs into the early 00's (Mechcommander 2 comes to mind) and Tiger's scamhelds were still fooling grandmas across the western world in the late 90's too. BTW, Tiger recently brought them back. You know, as 'nostalgia'
oh I remember the Dark Forced II Jedi Knight game so well, it was so many hours of fun with the worst acting for cut scenes out there, like most of the games of that era. But you didnt care, because you had a light saber. Kyle Katarn provided so many hours of fun from the late 90s till the early 2000s before they stopped that series

Omg yes!!!! I've been waiting so long for this lol 😆 I can't wait to watch!!!! Love your guys vids!! Best mix of games super hero show parodies, and shows ever!!
I miss gaming in the '90s. All the best SNES games are from the '90s and there will never be any games like it, again. Anyone remember when Mario Bros had 3 lives and that was it, after which it was SOL or start completely over? Now those were the good old days of gaming that had actual risks and challenges. I miss those days.

When you play a game until finish final stage boss, tomorrow feels excited to share with friends at school about the ending.
Arcade game will make you like a star famous when people crowded behind you then they clapped after finish.
They need to do gaming in the 80's next!
I love this series, please keep making them
hey! those jedi knight cutscenes are gold!
That motion sickness hit me hard on road trips
Love this. Hilarious as always
lol great job replicating the PC live action in Jedi Knights 🤣🤣🤣
Last one was totally me on our drive to Disneyland Paris
More Gaming in the 90's, please!
I absolutely love these...And I was an 2000's/Early 2010's kid's😂
Arcade game is training me about 100 sprint when to change coins for next continue in 20 seconds in final stage.
Just needed a Game Gear and 400 batteries for that 12 hour car ride.
Was really expecting a Smile movie skit since the main guy for some reason looks like Odom
“No, you can’t scissor kick the quarterback”
"I can't wait to put you in a home" "Me too, kid" Grandma: 😯
My favorite part was the tiger electronics game 😂
The last bit with being car sick.... That's still me, it's why nap in the car most of the time. Now a days long drives give me headaches that I can't sleep away anymore......
Lol, that whole "It's like we are watching a movie"-thing.... so totally me back in the day.. XD ... but hey, FMVs could be really good (i.e Wing Commander).
8 hour car ride and all you've got is a Gameboy? Better get a bag full of batteries and a bottle full of Dramamine! Ah, the 90's!
This time must have been so cool... I was born 97 so I barely missed it. Became a gamer when I played my grandpas Nintendo (yes the first one) for the First time as a 3 or 4 year old. He even left it to me when he died. Never *really* got to know him very well, but ill always be greatfull to him, for showing me the wonderfull world of gaming 😊
Hahaha! Over the top, but there is definitely some truth to this video 🤣
love these vidoes keep up the good work
Gaming in the 80's! Oh boy! You have the PONG game system?!? Like the one you can play at Sears? Bomb!
yeah is back this is so awesome
I have lived that scene getting sick playing on my Gameboy Pocket in the car
That sweater takes me back.
Pls do more of this series it is my favorite 🤩
Hope Warp Zone would do gaming in the 2000's.
I miss the 90s
Ok, but that totally accurate Kyle Katarn costume tho.
This entire series makes me want a bunch of stuff to still exist today. LAN parties, arcades, and just a better overall social experience with gaming.
I got my first Gameboy when I Family moved to Alaska. Played it for the entire two weeks we took to get there. It was a great investment for my parents

Love the 90s!!
HELL YEAH! JEDI KNIGHT!!! Also, I had that exact Power Rangers portable game haha.
Always love a GIT90’s Episode
Oh god. . . I remember getting Tiger Electronics Power Rangers long ago.
Gameboy in the car... One thing they didn't cover... Remember that the original gameboy's screen was not backlit... What does that mean dear children? That meant, that unless you had a little flashlight that your father wouldn't insist that you keep turning off... That is no way to play that gameboy at night on a road trip. I would be excited when we passed through extremely well lit highways... Just so I could get 5 minutes of Tetris in.
I love theses
This is totally relatable portable gaming was just in it's efficiency the 90's was a good time as a kid lol.
Can't relate to the last one. I've gone on 9 hour car trips as a kid and was upset when it was over because I had to stop playing my gameboy
“And I’m sure he said YOU still had it going on too.”
Omg finally
I can't wait till we put you in home 😂😂😂😂
