Game of Thrones - Ice Spear

Ғылым және технология

In this episode of The Dungineer, I celebrate the eighth and final season of game of thrones by attempting to make the night king's ice spear, then use it to kill some "dragons"
All the supplies for this video are available at your local hardware, craft, and grocery stores, but be careful dammit.
The good part starts here:

Thanks for stopping by! And thank you for the kind words. I've only been doing this for a few months, so I don't have all the equipment or skills that other channels have, but I try to do the best I can with what I've got.

Hey the dungineer I see in the about section it's says your a mechanical engineer what exact traits and skills did you pick up along the way to become was hard? The reasons I ask is becuaes I was always interested in mechanical engineering but for now its out of my means to do so . Ps: I'll be asking more questions if you don't mined.

The biggest thing is being dedicated and learning the fundamentals aka math & science. A dedicated mechanical engineer can build anything, but it's really common for people to see how hard something is and give up before they've even started. One of the keys to being successful as an engineer is understanding delayed gratification. Knowing that if you work hard at something, whether it's math, programming, an artsy project, or starting a KZread channel, it will eventually pay off. If you can cultivate that attitude, I think you can be a successful engineer. That being said, I highly recommend it as a career path, possible mixed in with management skills.
