I really appreciate Lucas appearance both on the show and podcast. New pro, flying out to Korea to play against all those crushers and idols. He just seemed so genuine and likeable. Hope he's made all the best out of it and networked with everyone. He's time to crush will come at some point.

Couldn’t agree more on Charlie. My entire perception of him was an arrogant, niche personality, and a tough watch. He comes across as genuine, diplomatic, polite, encouraging and sooo humble in this series. Even the open shirt is growing on me! A must for season 2.

I need to do it three times a week now” Adam for getting a decent camera and setting up in a spot that doesn’t look like he’s been banished to the laundry room or closet Daniel for proving he’s actually able to get famous crushers on every podcast, but he’s just too lazy to do it when he’s not promoting a new TV show. In all seriousness, love both GoG and the podcast. Hope to see Hellmuth and Sean Deeb on season 2, and for DNegs and Koon to go deeper!

No one seems to be considering that Nikita may have had a read on David. It's also worth noting that Nikita probably saw David make a very similar play vs Koon in the first round when he donk lead the river with a bluff catcher that that had became an even weaker bluff catcher with the way the board ran out.

Were the players paid an appearance fee to appear on the show? If so, were the appearance fees different for each player? When was it recorded? Inquiring minds want to know.

I donno why. But the guy on the right always tries to undermine good plays made by the female players in this show. Trying to say "they got lucky". Did it to Olga, did it to Maria and is now trying to do it with Nikita. It's subtle but he keeps doing it and its annoying. What does it even mean to say "he couldve had an Ace there and she would've lost then". The whole point of the play was that she read him as weak and that he most likely didn't have an Ace. Poker has some aspect of luck. All you can do is play the best you can and hope you don't get "unlucky". And thats what she did. Give her some credit without making it backhanded. Props to Daniel for calling him out and saying her play was actually really solid and brilliant.

Agree, that was gross. No way if any of the guys make those plays he's gonna ask if they're just mashing buttons or could they have actually had a gameplan. Do better guy on the right.

Disagree, but personal preference I suppose. I find DW pretty insufferable tbh. He called himself the anchor of the team after getting tilted from watching his teammate play, to laugh about it to his opponent ahead of him shoving for a flip because he’s too tilted to play. Just comes off as childish and amateur like there. He’s obviously not an amateur, so just childish behaviour to not be able to keep his cool and instead to shove like that.

There are very few episodes left and we're not deep into the show, I think it's almost a certainty that the final table hasn't been played yet and will be played live during the next big event.

@@OsefKincaid nah I think in the interview with Josh,he hinted that all of this happened year ago so I think it’s all shot and edited already.. also Nikita ran deep in the Main event and was top 100 something which should have made her well known in the poker community so that info also gives away that Game of gold was shot before main event at he very least

@@saisashankgoparaju5850 It ends next friday, there are three episodes left, we're not even done with Round 2, there's Round 3 and Round 4 still. If you're going to wrap everything up in three episodes that would be a huge mistake in terms of building up your show, Round 4 is supposed to be the climax, there should be a ton of coverage on it. Basically if you're right they're idiots.
