I have Samsung S8 Ultra with Book cover (samsung original), But I am not able to use grammarly not I can use gboard properly. Anyone with similar problem? Any solution?

I've been waiting for your take I was fortunate enough to get the Ultra and I'm still waiting for the keyboard cover to arrive. Your set up videos are always helpful I haven't jumped into setting my Ultra up yet so I'm going to use this video as my guide. I love Apple and have a. inch of iPads. They didn’t want to get with the program and make an even larger iPad Pro so I just ordered an S8 14.6”. I expect it to be great even if I just use it to consume media.

@@Image-X That's the vast majority of what I use mine for. (And, let's be real, the vast majority of people use their super powerful, expensive iPad to watch KZread and browse Facebook...) It's REALLY good for that.

Really great video. Just got mine with the book cover keyboard. Amazing laptop replacement with a gorgeous screen meaning I can really enjoy watching content. Interested to hear if anyone has had technical issues with the book cover keyboard. Mine went a little hay wire after a few days when the firmware wouldn't update and the backlight kept flashing. Seemed to work but just lost it again as I write this 😢

Great video. I have a tab s8+ and a lot of this works there too. You said a lot about samsung notes, but low key, it does sooooooo much more. I'm a student (in college) and samsung notes let's me do sooooo much it's nuts.

I'm still waiting for my ultra after pre ordering it and it should be with me around the 2nd of next month and getting the keyboard cover for free is amazing. Also got the 5g version as I use my tablet for work and having mobile functionality is key for me and my tab s6 has served me very well indeed and is still a fast and capable tablet even today. I've never been a person who uses laptops and the simpleness of a tablet is perfect for me. Downside is in the UK not many accessories available like simple covers and screen protectors. I ended up buying the amazon basics 45w USB c charger ready for the tablet coming and that also has 2 outputs to charge devices via fast charging and ultra charging via the USB c outp. People don't realise how massive the ultra is and when I seen one in the shop I was blown away how big and thin it is. Can't wait.

@@rebirth26 On their site (at least in the US) 5G is only available with the S8 and the S8+. I got the ultra 5G off ebay for a steal. It's a great tablet. I already had a data SIM so I popped it in and took a few tries with t-mobile, but now it runs well.

I have a problem you may be able to help me with if you can about finding my S Pen everything works except the warning sign which should be popping up on my lock screen doesn't on mine and when I go Advanced settings I can see the time I walked away from the pen, I don't understand why I don't get that warning on my screen, Is there a setting I need to turn on that I might have turned off by accident. Jonathan, is it good decision to pick galaxy tab s8 than s8+? Because what i want is a long term use in tablet, what i mean is the screen display, i want Lcd type rather than amoled. Because i hear news that amoled is less durable and lifetime than tft display which tab s8 had. I cannot decide. Is it worth thd galaxy tab s8 for video editing like 4k videos? Thankyou

Does it have background app killing? Or does the battery optimisation really force stops the apps when not in use? (Like it does in Lenovo devices, built into the system features). Lenovo yoga book has dex like mode by default. And if you touch and hold the running apps on task bar at bottom, and swipe them away, they will be killed, force stopped untill you run it later. Does it do this in the Samsung Dex mode?

Can I use a drawing software in the laptop and draw on the tablet with the second screen mode?

Hey buddy can you please help me, basically I turned on the “warn if s pen left behind” and it alerted me straight away soon as I locked it without s pen attached. then when I followed what you said by pressing allow in the app permissions it, now it doesn’t notify me that I’ve left the pen behind and I’ve walked away with my tablet locked and still haven’t notified can you please help

I know that in dex mode, we can put 2 apps side by side. But if i want to adjust their size together at same time, e.g adjust app 1 size from 50% to 30% of the screen space, and the other will be from 50% to 70%, is there a way to do that in one single drag, or i have to do it twice, once for each app window.

Hey, I have a recently encountered problem: I saved my tab S8 ultra notes file to pdf. The notes taken with the S-pen (black in color) in the notes app turned "super light grey" in the final pdf and barely readable, especially when zoomed in. What is the problem here and how do I prevent this from happening in the future? (Don't want to waste any more time on lectures again!) Thnx :)

Love your videos...thanks. Can the colour pallet be set using colours picked by the user rather than colours from wallpapers at all? Can icon packs be used to change the icons too? (there's no theme options on tablets like phones as far as I know)

Unfortunately, no. It is based off of the primary colors in the wallpaper. A work around could be to apply a wallpaper with the colors you’re wanting. Then, apply that palette, then switch back to the other wallpaper.
