For the moment I thus return to my pre-gestational state of being surrounded by a soft shell of calcium carbonate, it is imperative that I send my very being below the Earth to wait for around three global rotations, for which is the amount of time needed for my physical attributes to develop into a more adult state.

I just automatically assumed Galactus was the clear winner since Marvel's cosmology is way bigger than Transformers and Galactus is always near the top of the verse. Going over what Unicron can do though and I'm like, damn, this might be closer than I thought. I'm REALLY looking forward to the Death Battle now!

Naw it’s not close there being generous galactus is multiple layers into high outerversal scaling to the first firnament who is above multi eternity who’s arguably boundless and they writers have came out and said till this day we still haven’t seen galactus true form these are just his avatars with these levels of power

If you didn't decide to draw the thumbnail, you've would've used Lego Galactus and Angry Bird Unicorn wouldn't you? Also, at 1:39:46 doesn't IDW Shockwave beat Archie Eggman? I've seen that matchup thrown around for a Transformers episode. And since we're on the subject, I hope Shockwave makes it onto the show. Just so they can talk about the war crimes he's committed.

I want Unicorn to win, but Death Battle might just do Marvel universe too op. They had Megatron loose, yet Silver Surfer won. So, why not a trade off for Unicorn win & second Transformers win.

One thing people don’t often bring is in-betweener actually has an even more busted version of Unicron’s conceptual resistance. Unicron embodies evil, but before the fight they referenced in MM vs SS the Beyonder stated that “I am everything , and I am nothing. I am the concept of concepts” I am glad I’m not the only one angry about people keep bringing up the no limits fallacy, and the “only the matrix can defeat unicorn”

Actually? Primus loses to unicron in battles alot he had to outsmart him....and that was after a alot of years! Still? We will see who will win when death battle comes.

One other advantage Unicron has over Galactus is stamina. You yourself even said Unicron basically hiding waiting for Galactus to hunger was an ideal strategy. Meanwhile Unicron would seemingly become more and more powerful as the fight prolonged. I am not using this point to argue against your conclusion, just saying Unicron does have 1 other advantage outside of the Anti-electrons.

Unicron also law chaos and conceptual manipulation, as he is basically a chaos God that much can be more understandable, but conceptual manipulation is more on the concept of order that of order. Closest thing to prove this is it was stated unicron fears primus despite being capable of defeating him. If primus is law itself. This would mean to beat primus, the conceptual manipulation would erase the very thing primus stands for. Thus making him weaker, giving unicron an edge over him.

Question though, can't Transformers scan & replicate Technology from other Worlds? Because then, Unicron could replicate the Nullifier right? & with Dark Energon, Unicron could corrupt Galactus Technology...

Oddly enough Unicron hasn't really demonstrated this ability, because he isn't really a typical transformer. Unicron's body was trapped in a giant rock prison, which Unicron altered overtime and changed into his body. Unicron giving the body the ability to transform was simply himself in a way freeing himself from being a floating planet. Cybertronians' ability to convert from one form to another were inspired by Unicron, but unlike Unicron they were meant to capitalize on this ability, which is why they can scan objects.

@R0-83-RT Even so, wouldn't said ability still be part of his skill set? I mean, even if he himself doesn't demonstrate said ability, it's demonstrated through his Creations, either that be by his Heralds he created himself or the Minicons (based in Amrada/Micron Legends)

I really hope the ending of the fight is galactus shooting unicron with the ultimate nullifire in a generic white void, that would be E P I C ! Or vore him idk

Long story short, unless Death Battle buys alot of assumptions for Unicron, Galactus takes power by *alot* , roughly even with speed, with arguments for Unicorn taking the advantage. Both can't really kill each other by conventional means. Unicorns best win condition is destroying the multiverse, wait it out till Galactus gets hungry, and finish him. Galactus best win condition is using the Ultimate Nullifier, which is basically a sure fire way to rid of Unicorn for good. Between the two, they agreed that Galactus is more likely to use the Ultimate Nullifier before Unicorn destroys the multiverse

Basically. The Multiverse was rebirthed when Multi Eternity was erased. Plus the real target was the evil entity that had grown within the core of Eternity, Abraxas. Multi-Eternity needed to be erased so he could be recreated without Abraxas being tied to his existence anymore.

@@blurb9319 true but isn't Galactus evil, unless the ultimate nullifier can erase the concept of evil I don't see how he can perma kill Unicron since as long as evil exists so will Unicron Edit: if it does work on concepts shouldn't Galactus be affected by it as he is evil or something? Also Galactus needs to feed off planets whereas Unicron does it for fun so I don't know how they're going play this out

What was the overall verdict

There is 2 other things you guys didn’t mention that should be considered - Unicron can absorb energy so he could possibly absorb the Power Cosmic or even Galactus’ energy form, and he has canonically corrupted various energies before. The question then is can Galactus resist the Power Cosmic itself being corrupted and apart of Unicron, and can Unicron consume Galactus’ energy form? Also it was mentioned before that “Omniverse” is more what Marvel calls their Multiverse as Multiverse means something different to them usually… So Marvel Omniverse vs Transformers Omniverse is different. And Unicron has fought other concepts before, it’s just not commonly mentioned as Primus more or less acts as the ultimate concept of life, existence, etc and Unicron is the Opposite. To me it goes between Unicron having ways to eliminate the Ultimate Nullifier (or Galactus willing to eliminate a Multiverse to win, but I don’t think that would be factored in) and Galactus stopping Unicron from consuming even his conceptual form. (And yes this is a thing, it’s just Unicron doesn’t really use it that often in most Transformers stories… but your basically going towards Alternity or some of the other more obsure points of lore where Unicron has consumed the concept of time, space, etc

Generally when the Power Cosmic is completely syphoned away from him, he needs help getting back, and without it, the question then develops into can he handle a corrupted Power Cosmic that essentially can override his immunities as it’s usually the Power Cosmic that grants said immunities.

Biggest mistake galactus could make is trying to consume unicron. Dark energon would Essentially corrupt as galactus would be consuming the dark energon as well. He does that, then galactus becomes a vessel for unicron. *Though I doubt that's going to happen.*

The thing is in Doctor Strange: Herald Supreme Dormammu tried to do this very thing to Galactus and he just resisted it and devoured ALL of Dormammu. So it's likely Galactus could do the same to Unicron.

@Timewarpiaman I mean he's been corrupted before when he absorbed an unknown energy comparable to his own. Like I said it I doubt it's going to happen. In power they are somewhat identical, but utilizing dark to corruption him or besting him in raw strength are the only way I can see unicron win. Unicron is capable of growing larger than the multiverse. While galactus is galaxy lvl in size. In Unicrons case the larger he is the stronger he becomes. So in strength unicron wins...I think. But galactus has ultimate nullifier. So, unless dark energy is strong enough to corrupt him. The unicron loses.
