  • @sorayaimperial

    @sorayaimperial

    5 жыл бұрын

    @@skaizu Overall untrue statement. With a post cycle therapy to correct any hypophisary axis defiencies and with a correct cycle (don't just push test at abnormal levels, which pretty nobody does anymore except grunt gym bros) your body will produce testosterone correctly afterwards. Many cycles also focus on increasing the efficiency of your free/endogenous testosterone to boost the drug effects; instead of just pumping test derivatives into the body, smart cycles seek to stack the drugs on your natural test, as well as play with aromatisable and non-aromatisable derivatives, DHT, progesterone agonists, etc. While it's true that many careless athletes will F'up their gonadal system by being careless, being followed by an endocrinologist and taking good PCTs will not make your body shrivel and die after you stop the drugs. It's not "lended" power. It increases your mass, strenght and athleticism while taking them and by being smart and careful about it, those gains can extend in time and not be lost completely (just like an off season athlete is less strong but not that much weaker). I've just yesterday talked to a girl who did an oxa/primo cycle last year and she's still sporting a quite "jacked up" body; since she kept training consistently, with a good diet, and did a small cycle, she lost absolutely no mass post-cycle. And this is for women, who have lower free testosterone levels (and a more difficult pathway to create it) and would be reasonably expected to have less permanent results. My GF, on the other hand, did cycle last year, but did not train regularly after that, so she lost a lot of strenght and mass and pretty much all the gain she had from the cycle. Regardless of whether a person agrees or not with anabolic steroids, the fact is that many side effects that we see comes from stupid use and sometimes even abuse. Many juicers do not worry themselves with PCT nor with smart stacking, they just take whatever makes them the strongest the fastest and then they'll indeed reap the consequences, like screwing the hypophisary-hypothalamus axis. But many high level athletes, not the local gym bros, are more aware of the downsides and how to prevent them.

    You seem to be using leg drive when pressing, i suggest lowering the weight and focus on the technique. My uncle taught me that bench pressing builds more muscle than overhead pressing, if you’re looking to get bigger.

    The only thing i learned from this video is that I’m stronger than you, remember to send me a DM if you’d like a training program that focuses solely on technique and powerbuilding.

    You’re form is ok, but i suggest that you hire a better coach like Louie Simmons. You lack raw strength. You also seem to be going to fast in the lifts, witch is not good for your spine. My last suggestion would be to strengthen your legs, you could try Smolov or just start doing CrossFit. You have great potential, contact me if you need any more tips with weightlifting or raw strength in general.

    Daedy G He is obviously going too fast with poor form. My point is, that he hires a coach with good experience to fix his form, speed and mindset.

    Also this lift is called a “press” not a “split jerk”. Also you are supposed to go below parallel when cleaning. Remember to contact me if you have anymore questions about powerlifting.
