I totally agree with you about when singers do a pop slur and don’t quite reach the end of the arc, in tune…drives me CRAZY…even some well-situated star singers do this. Thanks for pointing out that Gabriel is always on point with his clean and pure pitch. That’s one of the things I LOVE about him. He can go crazy with his emotions and riffs, but ALWAYS in perfect pitch. I too, think this is his best performance so far. He just hits it out of the park! I love his rasp towards the end - beautifully edgy and frankly, very hot! At this point, I’d be like, “Okay, okay, I be stayin’! Specially if you’re going to sing to me like that!!” Wow. And then to just ride that final note right to the edge and manage to ace the end with that awesome double-octave in his whistle…unbelievable! I just can’t get enough of his masterful voice. He’s a beast! Oh and by the way, I HATE it when people sing along with an artist who’s performing…thankfully, you have a lovely voice…so I forgive you!😊

Very much agree with this mate. I personally think he's better when singing in his first language. Would love to see your reaction him singing " o maior vilão sou eu" or "Alem de Rio Azul" or another one of his on his channel. You have a great ear and you fully capture the emotion of music, regardless of the language. You also love gospel music, so it'd be great to see your reaction to Gabriel in his main genre, rather than the diva ballads. Cheers.
